Essentially we need to reimplement stuff that was previously
switched via the dtv_privatetypes. We carried across all the
EIT fixups, but the other things that were specified in there
all relate to non-conformances of various providers to the DVB
spec.

I'm expecting that we will have to implement switching in the
same sort of way that we've done the EIT fixup, keyed primarily
on the netid found in the broadcast stream.

That's what i was trying to encapsulate when putting together
a list of current non conformances that are "in the wild"
