[mythtv] MythTV book on Microsoft stand at WinHEC!

I just returned from WinHEC and thought you guys might be interested to know
that in the Microsoft shop, which was selling MS T-shirts, hats, USB sticks
and other rubbish there was a book on MythTV!
I didn't recognise the authors as being regulars on this list, but perhaps
they are here somewhere?
