I've had a go at creating a icon to continue the screen/TV theme...I 
have attaced a favicon sized version as well as a 48x48 version suitable 
for replacing the TV guide icon in MythWeb should this be deemed a good 
idea...

I aimed to make it appear to be neither a TV or a flat screen monitor 
but have elements of both, to have a 3D appearance....and also fit with 
the other Mythweb icons and .grey and blue MythWeb themes....hopefully 
it meets some of these aims.

I have attached the svg file as well as the pngs....
