[mythtv] Adding titleset navigation to Internal DVD player

I guess this is directed toward skamithi and the other Internal DVD maintainers-

How feasible would it be to add direct titleset navigation to the
MythTV popup menu which can be displayed when a DVD is sitting at the
root menu? I have some DVDs authored some years ago which have broken
menu navigation. Rather than reburn the discs - there are several - I
would like to at least attempt to add some navigation to allow access
to the different titles on the discs via the popup menu.

mplayer allows this via the mplayer dvd://n option, where n is the
titleset to play.
