Patches generally don't fall through the cracks - but there are nearly 400 
open tickets and so it takes time to get through them.

Personally I haven't looked at this ticket because I don't use mythwelcome so 
I don't really know whether it could use yet another option. I'm not sure 
adding more options to any menu is immediately a good idea. I think, without 
seeing the menu in question, that I'd be inclined to move less used options 
to a secondary menu.
