I posted a patch at http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3779 that should
fix the original problem (i.e. the transcoder's not renaming
"dimensioned" previews).  If you frequently transcode, your further
testing it would be appreciated.

It also has a regex (in QT format) which could be used as a basis for
fixing myth.find_orphans.pl.  Some translation would be required (see
http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/qregexp.html ).
