[mythtv] Pitch-corrected audio in slow/fast playback is broken in 14077?

Hi all,

I've just re-built from SVN/trunk 14077, and noticed that audio no
longer works when using slow/fast playback. It was working OK in my
last build from trunk 14023. Any idea what may have gotten broken?
