[mythtv] Ticket #3529: Does not switch satellites on channel change

In the mean time it is clear that the Twinhan clones (like VP1030,
Skystar 1 CI) will not work stable, because it generates more noise on
the cable towards the diseqc switch, than signal. This has to do with
distortion coming from the power supply and motherboard inside the PC
where the card is built. In some PCs the card works fine, in other it
won't.

So, my problem is not mythtv related!
