I don't understand how this is less functionality. Are you
a different anonymous than the reporter? The reporter reports
no functionality.

Were you able to change channels at some point in the past?

If so which model did you tell MythTV to treat this STB as?

BTW You can still set the model to what ever you set it to
before, and it should still work. If you could tell me which
model that was I can get this to work for everyone else.
Once I know what kind of channel changing algorithm it accepts
I'll add it to FirewireDevice::IsSTBSupported() and then you
won't get that error message anymore.
