[mythtv] schedulesdirect, continuation of "enhanced" data

XMLTV supports most of the "enhanced data", but just may have hidden it. :) 

HDTV is under program->video->quality=HDTV

SchedulesDirect will probably support this information, with both a native XMLTV and MythTV client.
