[mythtv] Ticket #2335: LiveTV hangs when a recording is finished and a new on starts (no channel change)

What might be the reason to set this "discontinuity flag" differently for 
different cardtypes / filetypes?

I applied this one-line-fix of yours and so far I don't experience the 
LiveTV-hangs anymore. Big Thanks!
