[mythtv] mythtv-vid strangeness

I successfully compiled mythtv-vid with QTE 3.3.7 and directfb.  The
UI looks beautiful on my tv but when I go to watch live tv the picture
always appears on the other head, un-accelerated.     I'm also getting
messages about a samplerate mismatch between codec and hardware with
/dev/oss.  I may be crazy, but I can't seem to find where so set the
audio output in this version.  I think that if I could specify
'mplayer -vo dfbmga:crtc2 -ao alsa:device=hw=0.0 -fs" for playback
that all would be well since that works on the command line. but were
to enter that in the ui I have no clue.  any ideas?
