I was just trying to add more information to the ticket, that is all.
It seemed to have a lot of activity that just stopped.  I wasn't sure
if that's because it got fixed as a side effect down the line or if
the original submitters lost interest.  Didn't mean to offend anyone.

Anyway, I tried to dig through the code and remember whatever C++ is
left in my head and I think I found the place where it "leaked" and
added my patch for that to the ticket.
