[mythtv] [mythtv-users] xvmc can't play 720p content at 1080i (fwd)

Just a followup on this in case anyone finds this thread while searching through
the archives...this problem is resolved for me in mythtv-vid 12685.  I can play
720p content at 1080i using xvmc, I can even use the "Use GUI size for TV
playback" option for both SD and HD shows which is something that has never
worked before (worked for SD but not for HD).

Also the new playback settings menu where you can specify to use xvmc for
specific resolutions is great.  I can now easily disable xvmc for SD shows.

So hats off to all of the people who have been working on the -vid branch.  I
hope this code makes it into the main branch prior to 0.21
