[mythtv] Making an 16:10 (800x480) theme

Themes can currently only be 4:3 (based at 800x600) or 16:9 (based at 1280x720).

Anything else will be handled incorrectly.

Is 16:10 not close enough to 16:9 for you?

Besides, you mention 'details in the background image'... if there's
enough contrast in the image *background* to make out details, I fear
for the usability of the theme.
