[mythtv] Ticket 1104 nudge - multichannel audio

Now that we haven't got an imminent release, I would like to vote on 
getting ticket 1104 into the mainstream codebase please

The new internal DVD player is very cool, but it sucks only being able 
to get two channels of audio out of it, especially as it seems that it 
doesn't even put the LFE back into the 2 channel mix (everything is 
extremely bass light).   Getting a 6 channel mix out would probably 
avoid the need to use Xine in my setup
