[mythtv] 12505 -- can't lock on DN channels while BEV is fine

Hi all,

Just svn'd 12505 and installed.

I can lock on to BEV channels in NA without any problems but DN channels
do not lock.  This all works fine is 12318.

I saw other notes on this indicating the dtv_multiplex table is
corrupted -- looking at that table I see no corruption perhaps I'm not
looking for the specific information?

1)  Should I rescan my DN channels?

2)  What debug info can I help to provide?
