[mythtv] DVB Radio issues

Didn't get any replies on Myth Users and I'm wondering if I should report
these as bugs.

1. General performance issues playing DVB-S Radio. When I first tune to a
channel I get a lot of stutters and it takes a while for the audio to
stabilise. Appears to be an issue with the audio video sync as after a
while it looses sync again. What is the frame rate of the fake video
stream?

Playing the same radio channels using mplayer works perfectly with no
issues at all.

2. The radio stations use 32kHz Audio which causes problems with my
digital amp. Playback over a 3.5mm stereo jack is fine, but I get no
signal over SPDIF. Does anyone have an asoundrc that will allow
simultaneous playback over SPDIF and analogue, but upconvert the SPDIF to
48k if it is 32k?
