[mythtv] writeStringList: Error, called with unconnected socket.

These are just like the errors I had been getting when trying to connect 
slave backends to the master - check to see if you have an entry for 
every slave backend hostname in the storagegroup table.  If not, go into 
mythtv-setup on each backend that is missing an entry and add that.  
Once I did that I stopped getting those writeStringList errors and my 
slaves were once again able to maintain communications with the master.
