[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #3051: In mythtv-vid, videoout_xv.cpp needs include util-opengl.h

I restarted my slave backend and now I can't reproduce it. I have
mythbackend on a cron and I suspect when I did a "make install" mythbackend
bounced after the libs were installed but before the new mythbackend exe had
been installed. I've seen oddities like that before.
