[mythtv] Ticket #4270: MythTV on Windows (with MinGW)

Simon, this symptom is becuase either the
plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlmysql.dll is missing, or more likely was compiled
with the mysql.h having the wrong patch/es.

check this:

and if you have the mysql.h ok, then maybe this:
