It was a bit like that when Jeremiah and I
were doing the initial Mac OS X builds.

In the end it was best to have a shell script
that downloaded and built all the dependencies,
and then did the MythTV build. That way, all the
people trying to do test builds had the same
components installed in the same place and
in the same order.


Maybe something similar (a .bat file?)
could be hacked together for MinGW builds?
