[mythtv] MePo-wide-0.40 Available

Seems like there is a bug with mepo 0.40. I'm using the latest SVN of 
mythtv (updated today) and mepo 0.40 and any dialog text seems to be 
clipped. Using a differnet theme (e.g. mythcenter-wide and all is fine). 
See image here (i didn't want to post due to size) of what happens in mepo.

NOTE: File Versioning changed to accomadate themeinfo.xml ex. 0.40
instead of 0.4.0
