Over the next few days, I will update the page and try to include detailed
instructions on all the steps needed to setup build environment and I will
also include all the patches to other libraries.
My first priority was to incorporate changes into current SVN. As of
yesterday, uncommitted portion of the main Myth patch is down to 15 KB
(from 150KB), so I hope it can be done soon.
