We don't really need more distinct/separate icons, but we might combine 
related icons/states. e.g. Preserved/Auto-Expire are connected(?) so could 
share the same positioning.

I'm not sure what purpose the inuse icon would serve or under what conditions 
it might be shown. Being 'inuse' by another frontend is the only important 
state and only because this stops a recording from being deleted, we already 
show a warning when you try to delete an inuse recording. So the icon is 
pretty redundant as far as I can see.
