The myth-vid branch has SD support, Daniel merged changes from trunk into that 
branch and the multirec branch just after 0.20.2 was released.

The PIP branch has also been re-synced with the vid branch.

The myth-vid branch is also due to be merged back into trunk in the next 
couple of weeks.
