[mythtv] Minor fixes to mythlcdprocclient.cpp

I've been getting the same errors for a while now, I also have a
problem where something mythlcdserver is doing is crashing LCDd, I
think they might be related, but the crash only happens about once a
week, so I've been finding it hard to track down. Haven't opened a
ticket because I can't fully point to what's going wrong.
