Ah, yes.  Oh, well.  As you noted, the problem with the FromProgram
join could possibly be overcome.  I wouldn't throw this option
completely out yet, but this does make this hack less elegant.

OK.  It's looking again like changing PruneRedundants to group by
chanid instead of callsign and dealing with the fallout from that is
the best current option.
