[mythtv] Mythweather

Could I make it clear, that the preferred solution would be to add a generic 
script to the mythweather-revamp and not to fix the current mythweather.

Currently mythweather-revamp only supports North America so support for a 
global weather source needs to be added. Once someone has done that, 
weather-revamp will replace mythweather.

There is no point working on fixing the current mythweather, so save 
yourselves the trouble.
