I also think the scheudler isn't the main problem. With the Scheudler 
patches i submitet to this ticket and aaron later made better (he 
included the mplexid to the class) there were some extra programs 
scheduled wich can't be recorded before. i think Paul is right the 
harder part would be to add all right to the recorder classes so that it 
works fine.
but i have started to try to implement this but i failed. i also tested 
aarons patches but they don't apply to svn now and as ijr said how the 
patches are now they won't be accepted.
i think the first part should be to talk to ijr to ask what should be 
changed from aarons patches so they can get checked in, then the patches 
need to be updated to curr svn and the rest of the patches need to be 
done...

aaron are you also reading this??? maybe you have something to say???
