Please post a ticket on Trac ( http://svn.mythtv.org/ ) as described in 
the TicketHowTo ( http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/wiki/TicketHowTo ).

The patch should technically be made against SVN head, but since the 
relevant file hasn't yet changed, yours will still apply cleanly.

Also, it can be easier for the devs if you include the directory 
information (from a MythTV source distribution) in the patch (so they 
don't have to find the file first).  This is done automatically when 
using "svn diff" to create the patch.

Attached is a patch against SVN head from 5 days ago that includes the 
directory info (because it's probably easier to see what I mean than to 
understand from my description).
