Correct!

I've already been "edified" by the zap2it team (tmstom) that
they are in the Chicago area and their suggested times are based
on midnight-midnight Central time. This could make it appear that
there would be two suggested times on the same day viewed from
other timezones.

That's Gemstar or "Gemstar-TV Guide". "TV Guide" is the
flagship publication of Gemstar.
