Thanks Stuart, I see what you are saying, but I think a flat time
minimum wouldn't really cut it without some additional criteria like
you mentioned.

Also, on another note - there are many different types of media
applications out there that have similar kind of flags. iTunes has
"play count" that increments ONLY when you have listened through the
end of the song. So, if I have a 4:00 minute song and start playing
at 3:59, as soon as I listen to that 1 second the playcount will
increase. On that note, I don't know what the value would be, but
maybe you could even have "play count" of shows watched? It would
make since maybe in mythvideo. I think mythmusic does a play count
too, but doesn't it increment if you started to listen to the track,
not finish it?

This kind of seems to be a subjective topic, what is "watched" to one
person may not be "watched" to another. But, I like the idea for both
"archival" purposes (have I watched that yet? It recorded a long time
ago) as well as for deletion purposes (delete these shows first on
autoexpire because I've watched them). I think it's a good feature to
add. I have shows on my mythbox that I forget if I've watched or not,
and I think this would be useful.

Isn't that the point? I might be confusing myself by reading that,
but if you "alwasy set bookmark when leaving playback" that means that
you haven't finished? If you have finished the bookmark wouldn't be
set because you reached the end, correct?

Thanks!
Matt
