[mythtv] diseqc differences between upgrade and fresh

If you have the ability to make queries against both the upgraded and 
fresh databases, you could run a series of queries from whatever 
database tool you like (the command line mysql client, phpMyAdmin, etc.) 
to dump the various interesting tables. (i.e. "SELECT * FROM 
capturecard", etc.)

Otherwise, I assume you have two dumps that you produced the diff from 
(which are basically just text files full of SQL inserts), you can also 
just manually extract the interesting parts of that file with a text 
editor; it will be broken down by table, so it shouldn't be hard to find 
the various bits.
