[mythtv] diseqc differences between upgrade and fresh

to broken config (going by the attachment name)

The most obvious difference between the two is that there are two diseqc 
trees in the working config, and only one in the broken one. Do you have 
multiple capture cards? If so, did you set diseqc up for both of them 
when you did the fresh install?

It would be more informative to have the full dumps of the capturecard, 
cardinput, diseqc_config, and diseqc_tree tables from both the broken 
config and working config instead of just the diffs.
