[mythtv] VOB files on Internal Player

The internal player needs them in order to figure out how to seek  
within the file. I use xine which doesn't need it, but I can't do the  
ffw rrw stuff the internal player can do. I can only skip back and  
forth a pre-defined number of seconds.
