[mythtv] MythWeb flickering guide info

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature but sometimes when I hover 
over a MythWeb program listing which has a lot of descriptive data the 
Info box opens below mouse cursor this causes the info box to flicker on 
an off.

I think the solution is the move this box right or left of the cursor 
when the box size matches the window size or near to it eg (80% tolerance)

Is this a bug or a feature?
