[mythtv] LCD progress bar scaling with imon device

I think I found the problem. It seems to be a bug in lcdproc's imon 
driver:

We'll have to see if it gets fixed in next release. Or you can patch the 
driver yourself.

I think it wouldn't be that hard to change the progress bar to display 
time like you suggest. But I actually prefer the progress bar so someone 
else have to do it :)
