I tried to abort this commit at the last minute to add a recompile
warning.

This commit modifies MYTH_BINARY_VERSION so a clean make is required
for MythTV and all plugins.

Of course if you're running SVN that means you're not only tracking
-commits, you're also tracking -dev so you saw this warning here anyway. :)
