[mythtv] Problem tuning to channel after 6pm with 0.20

The recordings that no longer work were recorded (and watchable) using 
0.19. I only upgrade to svn head a couple of days before 0.20 came out.

I can live without the old recordings but it seems the same problem is 
what is preventing me from watching Channel 4. The attached log file 
shows an attempt to watch live tv and you'll see that there seem to be 3 
video streams just as in the old recordings.
