[mythtv] Please help, latest svn not recording all the time atsc

I updated from .19 svn from March to the latest svn. I noticed that NCIS and
Standoff started recording (atsc hd). Since this was the first time
recording since the update I play them back to make sure they are recording.
Standoff is recording fine on card 2. NCIS said the file could not be found.
I am getting weird stuff in the log related to off air atsc guide:

What does it mean when it cannot find channel 0_3 in TVCT? The other hd
tuner is working ok.
