[mythtv] MythStream plugin segfaults on exit

Greetings

Not a supported plugin, I know, but this error has occured when exiting
MythStream for the last couple of weeks of SVN head.

I include a backtrace in case anyone can see something obvious, I'm not
keen on opening a ticket to have it closed due to the plugin not being
'official'.

Currently on Mythstream-0.17_2 and SVN r11795.
