[mythtv] Playing an avi or mpeg file inside MythTV

Hey,

First of all this is a user question, so mythtv-users is the list to use ;)

Anyway, you can add your avi or mpeg file to the directory where 
mythvideo files are stored.
You can find this directory by going to utillities/setup >> setup >> 
media settings >> video settings >> general settings, it's the first one 
listed.
If you copy your files there, you should be able to index them with the 
manage movies option(utillities/setup >> video manager).
