[mythtv] Channel Frequency Shift Question...

Hello,

The problem I am having is that the cable signal has progressively gotten
worse in my complex where individual channels can shift frequency
significantly.  The problem does not effect most tvs, but does effect both
of my PVR-250 cards.

The ivtv driver does support frequency shifting outside of the us-cable
take, and it does fix the problem.  The question I have is how can I apply
these settings to fix mythtv?
