[mythtv] Ticket #1578: Mythfrontend segfault w/dvb radio PID type(private-sec 0x5), MHEG?

Daniel, after the mythtv-eit merge, I've not been able to hack around this
problem (changing the DUMMY PID to 0x200 and using an alternate dummy ts
file encoded with video at 0x201). I get from the backend nothing but:

DVBRec(0): Unknown PID 0x201

Is there something more I need to change for this to work?
