[mythtv] Transcoding erases bookmark

Try the attached patch.

I overlooked some necessary changes in mythtranscode when I moved the cutlist 
and bookmarks to the recordedmarkup table. The patch just ensures we don't 
delete the bookmark/cutlist for cutless transcodes and that the flags are set 
to zero, not null, when we use the cutlist.

Might switch the logic a little before I submit the patch ...
