Need to send it a number after the RESCHEDULE_RECORDINGS. [You can
look at mythbackend/mainserver.cpp for more details on this and all of
the other protocol communications].  In looking at the scheduler code,
I would just send it a "-1", so "RESCHEDULE_RECORDINGS -1" should work
fine.
