[mythtv] Changes needed for Compilation on Cygwin

Two things here.  Check and make sure that the version of QT in cygwin
has the correct mysql client library linked in.  Also, if it does, the
mysql.txt is a little ambiguous to where it will be located.  When I
built myth a year or two under cygwin, I remember having to experiment
with where mysql.txt was placed based on how the binary was launched
(double click, cygwin, cmd prompt etc).

A couple of places you should try are the root of your drive, your home
directory (er um "user" directory) in windows, the directory you are
launching myth from, the directory that myth is actually stored in, in
the etc subfolder of the directory that you actually have myth stored
in.  If you are interested, I probably can dig up all of the old related
materials I had in building myth for windows, they are on a DVD
somewhere in my bedroom.
