[mythtv] [PATCH] d10control.pl - LG LSS-3200A/Sony SAT-HD300/Hughes HTL-HD support

Attached is a patch for contrib/channel_changers/d10control.pl that adds
support for LG LSS-3200A, Sony SAT-HD300,  and Hughes HTL-HD  HDTV
DirecTV receivers.  Someone that has a RCA, D10-100 or D10-200 may want
to do some regression testing to make sure I didn't break anything
before it is added to the SVN tree.   I have been using this code since
last fall with a Hughes HTL-HD and it has been working great.  I finally
got around to submitting the patch (sorry).

Please note that this patch also adds some additional commands that I
have found useful:

    enable_remote        - enable remote control (HD300 only?)
    disable_remote       - disable remote control (HD300 only?)

I don't know if the RCA/D10-100/D10-200 boxes support these commands but
I use these to "lock" the DirecTV box (disable the remote) while MythTV
is recording a program so someone doesn't change the channel. 

For those considering a HDTV DirecTV box to use with MythTV: the LG
LSS-3200A, Sony SAT-HD300, or Hughes HTL-HD (all have the same
internals) are good choices, IMO.   DirecTV doesn't sell these anymore
but you can usually find them on ebay for not much money.
