[mythtv] setup Mythgame makes Mythfrontend crash

The only way to "Fix" this is to grab an SVN version from before rev.
9254 (When the OpenGL UI was introduced).

I've already reported this (With a backtrace) on Sunday. If necessary,
I will raise a ticket for it, but as the code for drawing the UI is in
flux, I'm sure Isaac knows about it already and is working on it.
